I'm actually quite proud. I withstood a lot of temptation in all areas today, and persevered :)
Food:
Breakfast - 1 slice french toast - 50
half a bacon slice - 20
1 yogurt - 30
4 pieces of sliced fruit - 20
Snack - yogurt - 60
and later lots of grapes - 60
Lunch - salsbury steak ww meal - 280
dinner - ruby tuesdays turkey burger wrap and a few fries - 450
Liquids - 5 cups of coffee - 50
6 glasses of water like beverages
4 diet cokes
Exercise:
30 minutes of bike riding with weight loss setting - hard!!
15 minutes swimming
some easy walking
overall, all goals met!!
